About Me

Hi! I’m Erin Baldwin Draper. I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a trauma-informed social worker (MSW), musician, mystic, mom, and state-licensed psilocybin facilitator. I never thought plant medicine would be a part of my personal or professional life, but my first psychedelic experience connected me back to myself after motherhood and catalyzed a passion for helping others safely access these transformational tools. Thanks to Measure 109 in Oregon, I am honored to serve clients as one of the first licensed psilocybin facilitators in the country.

I come to this work with a deep reverence for nature and the sacred wisdom of plants, a natural curiosity for the mystical, and a safety-first scientific mind. With a background in counseling, group facilitation, research, and trauma-informed care, I bring practical therapeutic tools into my work while also holding space for the ineffable.

I love supporting folks new to psychedelics, especially those going through big life transitions. I believe motherhood can be one of the biggest life transitions of all and yet as moms we are often last to care for ourselves. Moms today feel immense pressure and we need ways to process the grief, pain, trauma, joy, love, sadness, stress, anxiety, commitment, isolation, and disconnection that comes with parenting. We also need ways to honor and reconnect with ourselves.

I’m proud of you for taking a brave step toward the unknown. Psychedelics are not for everyone, but they may be a supportive tool for you or someone you love. If you’re ready to start your journey, reach out for a consultation today!

My Therapeutic Approach

Psycho-dynamic, somatic, trauma-informed, transpersonal, attachment, internal family systems (IFS)

Working With Me

You are the expert of your own life. As a PsycheDoula, I empower your innate ability to grow and create a safe container for your inner work and this deeply personal experience.

I work with individuals and groups using psychedelic preparation, facilitation, integration, and other complementary services. I guide you before, during, and after your experience, ensuring you feel safe, well prepared, and supported. That said, psychedelics are not for everyone and come with mental, physical, and spiritual risks. In response, I take a trauma-informed harm reduction approach, leaning on the latest psychedelic research, neuroscience, and drug-drug interaction recommendations. I prepare you for a range of possibilities in an experience, optimize your set, setting, and dose, and support challenges as they arise.

In my work, music is a natural extension of who I am. I believe it can evoke or amplify emotional states, enhance imagery, unlock stuck material, and help you make meaning from your experience. In this way, I consider music my “second facilitator” and take great care with curating playlists for each individual or group based on personal preferences, best practices, and session goals. Playlists can also be used as an integration tool.

I strive to create a judgment-free, expression-positive container for inner work. I welcome folks from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds and lifestyles, and I am LGBTQ+ affirming. In addition, I offer a sliding scale for members of marginalized groups.

Whether you are here for transformation or curiosity, for small shifts or acceptance, for self love or stillness, for deep inner work or other worldly exploration, I’m here to support your experience.

Equity & Inclusion

I recognize that many individuals feel overlooked or discriminated against within the mental healthcare system. In addition, certain communities have been disproportionately harmed by systemic inequality and the “war on drugs.” In response, I strive to create a brave space for all individuals regardless of age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, neurodivergence, ability, or other differences.

In my practice, I advocate for health equity, social justice, and inclusion. I actively work to dismantle and disrupt systems of oppression through ongoing work and training, and pledge to grow my cultural humility, awareness, and ethical practices.

To better serve marginalized communities and increase access to psychedelic services, I offer a sliding scale for members of marginalized groups. Please contact me for details.
